Susan Bloch, Human Resources Executive, works with companies to shape their vision and create a culture that attracts, develops and retains key talent while increasing employee productivity. With 20 years of human resources experience in a variety of industries, Susan is a highly organized individual skilled in problem solving, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and management coaching and training. In addition, she has lived and worked abroad supporting managers and their staffs. She understands how to build an effective multicultural workplace.

She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara and her Masters of Arts in Organizational Management from Antioch University. She is certified through the Society for Human Resource Management as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and has completed a management coaching program through Coach University. She is certified as a career coach with The Five O'Clock Club.
Susan is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Training and Development. She is a volunteer career coach with the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce Job Forum.
